Easy! Call us on 1300 677 745 and change your booking. Or chat to your trainer at the end of your session to arrange another time. Make sure it is done 24 hours prior to your scheduled session.

But if you are actually sick or injured, please let us know 24 hours prior to your session to reschedule. If your injury will set you back longer than a week then we’ll have to change your direct debit payment accordingly. Please make sure you let your trainer know and email to accounts@30minutepersonaltraining.com.au 4 business days before your next direct debit day, otherwise you will be charged as per normal.
We understand how busy life can be and time slips away, however unfortunately, sessions that are not cancelled with a least 24 hours’ notice will be non-refundable.
So please, PLEASE make sure you book a time that will work for you!
If you know you’re going to be away longer than a week we will rectify your payment to match your time away. Email accounts@30minutepersonaltraining.com.au 7 business days in advance so we can advise our trainers and change our rosters, otherwise you will be charged as per normal.
We don’t want you to leave. Membership cancellation requires 4 weeks written notice with a cancellation form signed and sent to accounts@30minutepersonaltraining.com.au, otherwise you will be charged as per normal.
