Strength Session

What happens at your 30 minute personal training session?

You’ll find a 30 Minute Personal Training fitness trainer in the inner city suburbs of Richmond, Windsor, South Yarra and Prahran. No matter which personal trainer you have, their aim is to make fitness training as easy as possible.

Your session will be divided into two segments: a Strength Session and a Cardio Workout.


Build your muscles, trim your tummy and contour your body – thanks to your Strength Session.

Your strength session will comprise of a series of squats, swiss ball situps and include equipment moves such as the bench press, the lat pull down, the bicep curl and the tricep pull down.

Each strength session will be catered to your individual needs and ability. However, there is one goal – to ensure that your body is strong and toned. Why do we choose this specific combination of exercises for your strength session?

Squats and swiss ball situps will strength legs and stomach muscles. Arm workout includes the bench press, lat pull down, bicup curl and tricep pull down.

Each session will challenge you to go a bit further, push yourself a bit harder. Sounds hard, but the results will amaze and delight you.

Build stamina and general wellbeing – thanks to your Cardio Workout session.

A cardio workout will keep your heart, lungs and general wellbeing in tip top shape. We like to keep it varied – so, it could include a session on a spinbike, skipping rope, using boxing mitts & bag, kicks, situps, the rowing machine, step ups, starjumps, burpees, time walking or running on the treadmill or a hillclimb.

The aim - to raise your pulse and get you sweating. This is where true fitness begins.

We’ll work with your level of fitness – for example, a starting point might be walking on the treadmill, step-ups, sit ups, star jumps and kicks. As your fitness levels improve, your trainer may have you on the spinbike, using the boxing mitts & bag, the skipping rope or the rowing machine.

Once you’ve moved up a level, you’re ready for dedicated running, the full body burpees and the dreaded hillclimb. Clients feel proud once they reach the next level – and the results are translated to their every day life. They feel fantastic!
